  • 1 Full Month of most recent paystubs
  • 2 Full Months of Bank Statements for all Accounts (all pages are needed, even if blank or cleared checks)
  • 2 Full Months or Last Quarter Statements for all Retirement Accounts (all pages are needed, even if blank)
  • Copy of Driver’s License for all Borrowers

If separated or divorced

  • Separation Agreement
  • Divorce decree

If Self-employed

  • 2010 & 2011 Federal Tax Returns
  • Current year profit and loss
